The mixed media installation is comprised by a mix of concrete, glue, organic debris and dirt painted onto the gallery wall from which dripping and rumbling sounds emanate. Two thin cane leaves emerge from this surface from which oozes a black resin like substance. The leaves produce whistles, crackles, and other synthetic organic sounds from micro loudspeakers embedded in them.  Like a living sample of an environment, the abstract sound composition is intended to be sometimes inconspicuous, looming or lurking, other times more vivid rhythms reveal through sound a network of entanglements between the sculptural elements.
