Filmed and recorded in gonzo documentary style, this work follows a fictional reporter whose aim is to find news worthy information in everyday life and places. Wandering and rambling through the streets, the reporter reports on lost objects, lost homework, garage sounds, what people are watching on tv… the live report is punctuated by sound effects from radio and television, that give an absurd sense of action, rhythm, and meaning to the report. Intercut with the live report, an old radio in an undisclosed space, broadcasts the live report. When the reporter wanders into that very room, all information melts into feedback, into pure electronic sound, collapsing reality and fiction.
